Terms and Conditions

The spirit of this agreement
This website shares cycling routes, stories, photos, and occasional paid digital files created by a small group of very stubborn bike travelers. Everything is offered in good faith and with the honest wish that you have an incredible adventure. These terms exist only to keep things fair, clear, and to protect both you and us if something goes sideways.

Free content usage
All routes, photographs, maps, checklists, and written stories that are offered for free can be used for personal, non-commercial purposes forever. Print them, download them, share them with your riding buddies – go wild.
If you want to use any of this material commercially (guidebook, tour company, magazine, video series, etc.) just send us a quick email first. We almost always say yes and usually for free or a beer, but we like to know where our work ends up.

Paid digital products
When you purchase a GPX pack, printable PDF, or custom route-planning service, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may load the files on all your own devices, make backups, and share with the people you actually ride with. Selling, redistributing, or uploading them to public servers is not okay.

Accuracy and responsibility
Every kilometer published here has been ridden by at least one of us on a loaded bike, usually several times and in different seasons. We do our absolute best to keep information current. However, nature is chaotic: roads wash out, ferries change schedules, campsites close, bears move in, volcanoes erupt.
You ride at your own risk. We are not liable for damaged tires, missed ferries, angry dogs, or any other adventure tax the universe decides to charge you.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, TraveloBikes LLC, its owners, and contributors are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the information it contains. This includes lost luggage, frostbite, broken derailleurs, or missing your kid’s birthday because the route was too addictive.
In plain words: cycling in wild places is inherently risky and wonderful – own that risk, prepare accordingly, and smile when it hurts.

Intellectual property
All original photos, texts, maps, and designs remain property of TraveloBikes LLC or the respective contributor. Feel free to share a link or screenshot, but don’t repost entire guides without asking. If you’re unsure, just write – we’re friendly.

Payment and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. Refund rules for digital products and custom services are described separately in our Refund Policy – basically, if we mess up we fix it instantly; if you change your mind within minutes we usually help too.

Changes to these terms
We may update this page when something important changes. The latest version is always here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new version.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA. If we ever have a disagreement we both agree to talk like reasonable cyclists first, drink coffee second, and only involve courts as the very last resort.
